14th August, 2015 Celebrations

Each year RETO celebrates Pakistan’s Independence Day with full zeal. In 2013, RETO with the help of its student led initiative, Shades, organized the largest celebration on 14th August where 3000 people across the city participated in the event. Taking the spirit live, RETO in collaboration with Netsol and Engro Corporation plans to celebrate the day by inviting students, teachers, media personalities, local politicians and business people.

This 14th August function will mark the launching of several projects of RETO Foundation including Self-Learners Initiative (SLI), Shades Students Clubs, e-Sindh in partnership with Pakistan Institute of ICT for Development (PIID), Ek Fard, Ek Kitaab Social Media campaign with the inauguration of Library. Also, RETO plans to celebrate the closing ceremony of Smart Study Program (SSP) 2015 on the very same day.
