SHADES STUDENT COUNCIL 2015
Shades is a community based student-run project, established in June 2013 and incorporated into RETO Foundation on November 2014. It follows Student Council Election-based model in small villages and towns and is currently being implemented in four Union Councils of interior Sindh. RETO believes in the community empowerment through a bottom-up approach where students at the grass-root level should be empowered through a model of adaptive leadership. This year, with a successful election campaign, having more than 5500 online voting on our website, ShADES has elected its first ever Student Council with the post of President, Vice President and so on.
