With the help of RETO’s Shades Students Council and on the underlying principles of Career Guidance Program, the Smart Study Program (SSP) was launched in the summer of 2013; in which a group of 30 students were selected from 4 union councils through a competitive test and interview process. These students were then trained for two months, under the guidance of young professionals and students of CSS/LUMS/IBA/NUST, to attend renowned institutions of the country. In 2014 and 2015, the story went on touching and transforming more lives.

Smart Study Program aims to equip the students of underprivileged areas with equal opportunities to attend educational institutions of their choice. Furthermore, it aspires to enable students to broaden their horizon of what they can do with their lives and how they can become a lasting change in society.

To continue the journey, RETO has launched 4th Smart Study Program (SSP) for 2016 (July-August). In line with this idea, it will be a two-month free-of-cost academic program where high-potential students will be trained by accomplished young professionals from various fields/universities.
