The primary goal of Shades is to provide a leadership platform to students through which they can interact with each other, grow together and harness their intellectual and experiential learning. Hence, keeping that in perspective along with the need of revival of art education in Interior Sindh, RETO Foundation is arranging the largest Art Education event in Tando Jam, Sindh Pakistan in collaboration with The Little Arts in February, 2016.

During the event, Shades Student Councils two teams would get the chance to ask for online voting and the winning team will constitute a new Council for year 2016. Last year, Shades team amassed a total of 5205 online votes. We believe that the utilization of online presence is essential to reach out to a large number of people in the most.
