Initiation of Shades Female Chapter by Rajwanti Kumari
Rajwanti Kumari, Manager of RETO’s Shades Female Chapter and a student of MBBS at LUMHS, believes in the equality of gender and therefore she has started this unique initiative where female students in the rural communities would get the chance to get grass root leadership experiences by observing and solving their own issues with least dependency on their male counterparts.
